Thank you for shopping with us! Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how we handle orders, shipping times, and delivery expectations. We make use of the trusted services of The Courier Guy to fulfil all our shipment requirements.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Please note: delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside of South Africa.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
