After selecting your photo magnet set and quantity, you’ll be prompted to upload your images directly from your device. Make sure your photos are clear and high-resolution for the best print quality. Avoid uploading screenshots or blurry photos.
If you would prefer to upload your photos via email and/or make an EFT payment, please contact us on our Contact Page and we will gladly assist.
We do our best to process all orders the same business day they are received, however, all orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Typically, it takes less than a week to receive your order.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Since our magnets are personalized, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or with a printing error. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
