Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

  • Additionally, you will need to provide photographic evidence of the defect.

To request a refund, please contact us at blueprintdesignsza@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom or personalised products - Memory Magnets, Custom Magnets/Badges, and Smart Magnets/Badges

  • Digital downloads or services already rendered

  • Sale or clearance items (if marked final sale)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at blueprintdesignza@gmail.com.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at blueprintdesignsza@gmail.com.

Shipping

To return your product, please email us for a shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
